Warranty Policy

We offer a 12-month warranty on all new replacement/aftermarket parts starting from your original purchase date.

If you encounter issues with new aftermarket parts during the warranty period, please contact us at info@gearsparts.com,we’ll conduct a thorough evaluation through the original manufacturer to ensure everything is up to standard, though this might take some time. 

 

Warranty coverage:

· Coverage includes defects in workmanship and components.

· Normal wear and labour costs for installation, removal, or inspection are not included.

· The warranty does not cover rental replacements, downtime, or damages from faulty parts or poor workmanship.

 

All claims for warranty must be made within the warranty time.

Any claim made after the expiration of the warranty will not be considered.

The defective part must be returned to gearsparts for replacement.

The warranty term is based on the original purchase date.

 

Our Warranty does not cover the following items:

·  The purchaser’s loss of time, inconvenience, Loss of use of the vehicle, freight/ towing expense, installation expense, commercial loss, rental cars, or other consequential damages.

·  Claims that result from accident, abuse, neglect, alteration, improper maintenance, or improper installation.

·  Claims that result from the failure of other existing components.

·  Claims that result from overheating due to cooling system failure.

·  Parts used for any purpose other than the original application.

·  All warranties are for the original purchaser only. Warranties are not transferable.

·  We don’t offer a warranty for original parts.
