Return & Exchange Policy

We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment is complete and the parcel has not been shipped, you can cancel your order before the item is delivered, and we will refund the full amount of your money.

Orders can't be canceled once the parcel has been shipped.

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Your return shipment is free of charge in some cases. If you return an item and the reason for return isn't a result of our error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
